Job summary

Legends Global in Las Cruces, NM seeks an experienced bartender for live events and bar service. You will set up and break down bar inventory, prepare garnishes, and manage cash with Clover POS. You’ll ensure health codes are followed and maintain strong client relationships across events.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down inventory at bar/concession stand.
• Prepare garnishes and mixers for cocktails and polish barware.
• Inventory bar and concession stand before and after events using forms.
• Operate Clover POS and handle all forms of payment.
• Prepare and finalize inventory and sales closeout sheets.
• Ensure health codes are followed.
• Collaborate with barbacks to keep the bar stocked.
• Serve customers per Legends Global alcohol policy.
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
