Job summary

White Manor Country Club in Pennsylvania seeks a courteous banquet service associate to support event setups and guest service. You will deliver food and beverages, monitor guest needs, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining club standards.

Report to the Service Manager on Duty and/or Banquet Supervisor; adhere to Employee Manual guidelines; participate in training and staff meetings as required, and help maintain a safe, polished, and welcoming environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous service and communication with members and guests.
• Willingness to attend staff meetings and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Completes required set-up/preparation of area prior to scheduled event(s).
• Serves food/drink to members/guests following service standards.
• Monitors members/guests and anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction.
• Clears tables and breaks down area after completion of food service activity.
• Completes assigned end of shift duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
