Job summary

Walters Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic Banquet Servers to support weddings and events, providing top-tier service to clients and guests. You will set up banquet areas, serve food and beverages, and assist guests with a friendly, professional approach.

The role requires 1+ year in a similar position, valid TABC and Food Handler licenses in Texas, and the ability to lift 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Part-time weekends and events, with E-Verify participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role preferred.
• TABC and Food Handler licenses required in Texas.
• Able to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet areas per event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages, both plated and buffet.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized event space throughout the event.
• Assist with closing duties and breakdown of banquet areas.
• Coordinate with culinary and planning teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with fellow servers for efficient service.
