Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service at Capital Hotel Little Rock. You will support events from receptions to conferences, greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with a team-oriented mindset.

This part-time on-site role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus, with strong communication skills and attention to detail key to ensuring guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers
• Greet guests and accommodate all guest needs during events
• Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu questions
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
• Assist fellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests
• Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services (training provided) to RCGR standards
• Anticipate guest needs and monitor dining experiences to ensure satisfaction with food and service
• Set up, execute, and clean up events
• Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events
