CMC Hotels is seeking an On Call Banquet Server for The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. The role requires attentive guest service and the ability to work at multiple events with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include setting up banquet spaces, serving food and beverages, replenishing items, and ensuring compliance with service standards and liquor regulations. Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical stamina to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have previous waitstaff experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of catering practices preferred.
• Able to work quickly and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass background check and have reliable transportation.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Friendliness and willingness to engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces and serving stations per BEO.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during events.
• Replenish guest beverages and respond to guest requests.
• Ensure quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and safety policies.
• Assist with event closeout tasks and inventory.
