Job summary

Dallas Marriott Suites Medical/Market Center is hiring a part-time guest services assistant in Dallas, TX. You will review banquet event orders, assist setup staff, and ensure food and beverage presentation meets standards.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, delivering prompt service to guests, and communicating with the kitchen about changes. A team-focused environment with flexible night/weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
