Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry up to 25 pounds.

• Must be available to work at least two shifts per month.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, settings).
• Serve food and beverages promptly, accommodating dietary restrictions.
• Assist in clearing tables and resetting between courses or events.
• Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to coordinate timing and delivery of menu items.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide event details as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations (food handling, sanitation).
• Assist with post-event cleanup and breakdown.
