Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Banquet Server to support our catering operations at the Altria Theater and Dominion Energy Center. You will assist with event preparation, setup, service, and cleanup while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and is part-time hourly with non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to make quick and accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to lift 10–30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining, organizing, and cleaning all catering equipment.
• Ensure all event signage is properly displayed.
• Set up tables, chairs, and catering areas as assigned by the Catering Supervisor or Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
• Set glassware, silverware, dinnerware, and additional event necessities according to event specifications.
• Maintain catered areas in a clean, sanitary, and organized condition throughout events.
• Serve guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of catering areas following events.
• Support overall event operations while maintaining high guest-service standards.
