You will monitor event requests, assist with security and cabling, and help document processes to improve efficiency. Prior experience and relevant certifications are a plus in this fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic preparation and hands-on experience required.
• 1+ years of work-related hands-on skill and knowledge.
• 1+ years of experience in a business environment.
• Certifications: CCNA, MSCE, MCP, DVEP are a plus.
• Gaming experience is a plus.
• 2+ years college or technical training from accredited institution is a plus.
• Job involves coordinating, leading, indirectly supervising, and training others.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio visual, projection, lighting, telephone and conferencing equipment, digital signage, and TV systems for events.
• Collaborate with banquet/event teams to deliver technologies and handle setup/teardown.
• Monitor Banquet Event Orders and respond to event tech requests to improve delivery of tech.
• Support availability of technology before, during, and after events.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and upsell when appropriate.
• Implement security measures within a regulated environment and manage cables/wiring.
