Manhattan Institute for Policy Research in New York City is seeking an Event Associate to support in-person and virtual events. You will work with the VP of Strategy & Communications and the Director of Events & Strategic Partnerships on venue outreach, vendor coordination, and internal project management.
The role requires 1–2 years in relevant settings, strong communications, and the ability to multitask under pressure; some evenings may be required.

This staff member will interact with internal and external stakeholders and play a role in our overall in-person and virtual events programming. They will work with the VP of Strategy & Communications and the Director of Events & Strategic Partnerships on everything from venue and vendor outreach to internal project management, as well as on-site and off-site event support.
Salary range: $68,000 - $78,000/year, commensurate with experience.
