  • Improve Activation Workflows: Help review event setups and customer feedback to increase event engagement and efficiency.
  • Prepare Event Summaries: Draft post-event reports, document campaign performance, and compile customer feedback.
  • Track Event Resources: Monitor promotional merchandise, collateral stock, and setup equipment for each event.
  • Maintain Event Records: Keep accurate logs of event schedules, inventory usage, and venue compliance guidelines.
Ideally, you'll have:
  • Previous experience in event support, hospitality, retail, customer service, or brand promotion (motivated entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply!).
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an approachable personality.
  • Confidence engaging with diverse crowds, venue managers, and internal team members.
  • The ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and meet tight event deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail and a practical, positive approach to problem-solving.
