Job summary

The MGM Resorts International Las Vegas team is seeking an Event Warehouse Associate to manage assets for live events. You will pull, inspect, restock, pack, and transport show materials, ensuring safety and accuracy across shipments and inventories.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in events, hospitality, or warehousing, and a high school diploma or GED. This on-site role offers opportunities for professional growth and access to employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in events, hospitality, or a related field.
• Ability to read orders and accurately track assets.
• Strong attention to inventory control and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform event-related asset tasks: pull, restock, inspect, and clean assets; protect for transport and storage.
• Tag assets based on condition; assist in repair; reposition assets based on usage; monitor inventory levels.
• Participate in event production, installation/tear down and loading/unloading of vehicles as needed.
• Operate company trucks, vans and lifts; notify management of gas and maintenance needs.
• Adhere to safety, security and property dock/loading procedures and policies.
• Ensure venues/MREP studio is clean; tools maintained; report loss, theft, or damage.
• Pack, unpack and check goods against orders; manage inventory to prevent damage.
• Read and complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Create a SHOW Service work environment promoting creativity, collaboration, teamwork, recognition, mutual respect.
