Job summary

MSG Entertainment Holdings, LLC seeks a Warehouse Worker to support the arena's warehouse, retail stores, and portable locations. You will help ensure product availability, maintain inventory, and uphold health and safety standards during events.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a team mindset. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required for this 24x7 venue environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a warehouse atmosphere.
• Detail oriented, organized, and team-minded.
• Comfortable with heights and heavy lifting.
• Proven track record of above-average work performance.
• Guest service skills required.
• Flexible schedule; at least 4 days/nights weekly incl weekends/holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Have product available at all Food & Beverage & Merchandise stands throughout events.
• Follow standards for product quality and cleanliness.
• Maintain and organize inventory under the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Know theatre policies and key locations (restrooms, telephones, medical, security).
• Communicate product levels and equipment problems.
• Follow Health Dept. standards and procedures.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members on-site.
