Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking energetic Event Appointment Setters to represent the company at local home shows, fairs, and retail venues. You will engage homeowners, educate them about bathroom remodeling services, and schedule free in-home consultations for the sales team.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with guaranteed 20–30 hours per week. A $100 bonus is earned for every qualified appointment that leads to a completed demonstration/consultation, with paid training and

What You'll Do

As an Event Appointment Setter, you'll be the face of our company at events and promotional booths. Your primary responsibility will be engaging homeowners, educating them about our bathroom remodeling services, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales team.

Responsibilities include:

Compensation & Schedule

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required
• Retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurant, event marketing, or sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicleAbility and willingness to drive to scheduled events throughout the territory
• Must live within 25 miles of Temecula, CA or Murrieta, CA
