You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintain bar cleanliness, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to provide a welcoming, efficient bar experience. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience of at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or as required by state law).
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service techniques preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with members, guests, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work with a wide range of personalities, even in challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mandatory availability for weekends.
• Evening availability required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standards.
• Engage with members and guests to provide a welcoming and personalized bar experience.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specials.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all state and local liquor laws.
• Accurately process orders and handle transactions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Monitor guest experience and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
• May be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or lifting.
