Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience of at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or as required by state law).
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service techniques preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with members, guests, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to work with a wide range of personalities, even in challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mandatory availability for weekends.
• Evening availability required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest experience and anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
• May be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or lifting.

Edina Country Club is now hiring Bartenders to support our Dining Room and Pub venues. Bartenders are primarily responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while creating a welcoming, friendly, and efficient bar experience for members and guests. This role also supports overall service by collaborating closely with servers and maintaining a clean, organized bar area. Availability for evening shifts and mandatory weekend shifts is required.
