LSI Solutions, a medical device company in Victor, NY, is hiring a Quality Analyst I for evenings (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm) Monday through Friday. The position is onsite and pays $21.00 to $27.00 per hour, with a $2.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities include quality control inspection, line audits, and documentation review across product families; Level I–III duties, GAS ERP data management, and support for continuous improvement. ASQ CQPA/CQACertification and GMP familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with management and coworkers.
• Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
• Able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with teammates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and electronic databases.
• Maintain good relationships to promote teamwork.
• Attention to detail and process-oriented troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality control inspections and in-process audits across product families.
• Manage documentation in device history records and ensure good documentation practices.
• Transact materials in ERP and isolate non-conforming products.
• Support level I–III duties and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in training new staff and coaching teammates.
