Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser for Knoxville, TN, with an evening schedule and a pay rate of $18.14 per hour. The role focuses on presenting products at customer retail locations and maintaining multiple accounts with safe handling and adherence to planograms.

Responsibilities include relocating products from backroom to display, creating POS materials, and fostering relationships with store personnel. Physical work and reliable independence are required.

Qualifications

• Effective communication including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and independent with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelves.
• Move products from backroom to display areas.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials where permitted.
• Rotate products and manage Fastlane merchandisers and vendor checks.
• Coordinate with store personnel and discuss pricing, programs, and opportunities.
