Job summary

The Bristal in West Babylon, NY is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor for evenings (3pm-11pm) Tuesday to Saturday. You will lead a dedicated nursing team in the Wellness/Resident Services Center, oversee medications, and support residents with daily living activities in a luxury assisted living community.

As shift supervisor in absence of the Director, you will mentor nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians, ensuring compassionate care with attention to MARs and doctors'

Qualifications

• Must have active LPN license.
• Experience supervising staff and overseeing medications.
• Experience in assisted living, nursing home or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHAs, and medication technicians.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Serve as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director of Wellness.
• Ensure care quality and safety per MARs and doctors' orders.
