Cayuga Health is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility in Montour Falls, NY. This onsite role runs on the evening shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) and requires NYS CNA certification and patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS CNA certification.
• Preferred patient care and customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Provides assistance to patients/residents with ADLs, including morning/evening care and basic comfort measures.
• Obtains vital signs and blood sugars and documents findings.
• Prepares and assists patients with meals and hydration.
• Supports nursing staff with answering call bells, stocking rooms, and reporting abnormal findings.
• Documents accurately in EMR and/or Point Click Care.
