Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Empathy, patient care, and professionalism.
• Flexibility for evenings, full-time or part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Monitor health including routine vital checks.
• Encourage recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Follow infection control protocols.
