Position: Evenings and Weekends Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health - Mankato

Location:

Compensation:

This is a non-exempt position with annual earnings ranging from $24,000 to $90,000, depending on the chosen compensation model, full-time or part-time status, client sessions, licensure, experience, and reimbursement rates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution
• Clinical licensure or on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including co-payment collection

Responsibilities:

• Assess mental health diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation
• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy in an outpatient setting
• Build and maintain a caseload to meet weekly session goals (full-time: 25 sessions, part-time: 10-24 sessions)
• Deliver excellent client service and collaborate with team members to serve the community
• Apply creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
