Job summary

Qualifications

• Current California Pharmacy Technician License required.
• PTCB Certification within 12 months of hire.
• Six months experience as Pharmacy Technician in acute care hospital preferred.
• Knowledge of medications and ability to read physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, efficient, timely medication supplies to patients.
• Assist Clinical Pharmacists in providing optimal pharmaceutical therapy in Acute Care, Transitional Care, Oncology and Home Care.
• Support overall operation of the pharmacy under supervision.
