Qualifications

• Evening Support Specialist should have a human services Bachelor's degree or a High School diploma with at least one year of experience with children/families.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and supervise residents on outings, activities and appointments.
• Gently guide residents in personal hygiene and housekeeping; supervise meals and weekly chores.
• Maintain behavioral guidelines and document incidents in log and resident chart.
• Monitor curfew, ensure residents are safe, and contact supervisors as needed.
• Oversee medication administration as appropriate.
• Record and report resident behavior and incidents clearly and accurately.
