Job summary

ACTIVSTARS in the Dallas/Fort Worth area seeks a Cheer Coach for evenings, part-time work with youth ages 4-15. You will prepare lesson plans, run weekly practices, and coach cheer basics, dance, pom routines while ensuring safety and positive role modeling.

Ideal candidates have cheerleading or coaching experience, reliable transportation, are 18+, and enjoy working with children. Paid training is provided to shadow veteran coaches and learn class flow.

Qualifications

• Previous cheerleading or coaching experience.
• Works well with children aged 4–15.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and run weekly practices.
• Teach skills safely and effectively.
• Choreograph routines and performance cheers.
• Introduce basic stunting fundamentals.
• Manage attendance and simple records.
