Job summary

OnTrac seeks a Warehouse Hostler / Yard Driver to safely position and maneuver trailers to and from the dock, working with the yard team and Operations Management. Location is Bethel, PA, with a $27.50 hourly pay and a Mon–Thu schedule from 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

Required are a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and at least 1 year of driving experience, ideally with trailers. Candidates must pass pre-employment screenings, have a clean MVR, and pass a TSA check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year driving experience with trailers or towed equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.
• Valid ID and ability to pass TSA screening.

Responsibilities

• Position and maneuver trailers safely to and from the dock.
• Pre-trip and inspect each trailer to meet DOT standards.
• Communicate trailer moves clearly with operations management.
• Switch trailers as needed during daily sort and line hauls.
