Job Summary

Supervise, direct, and coordinate employees, supplies, and equipment to ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of assigned properties according to contractual standards.

• Oversee porters and matrons
• Assign tasks based on job requirements or special projects
• Perform quality control to meet Harvard and client standards
• Train staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols
• Manage supplies and equipment ordering and issuance
• Review work tickets and ensure proper equipment maintenance
• Manage overall cleaning operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning/janitorial services
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in English communication and basic business writing
