Job summary

Summit Health Management seeks a part-time Radiology Technologist to support our satellite offices. You will perform X-ray and Bone Density exams, prepare patients, and assist Radiologists with fluoroscopic procedures as needed.

The role requires ARRT certification, BLS, and strong patient communication. Schedule includes weekday evenings and every weekend in a flexed, non-benefit eligible arrangement.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• English communication in writing and speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct radiology procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide instructions to reduce anxiety.
• Operate CR/Digital X-ray and imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform Bone Density exams and ensure proper documentation.
• Obtain and document patient history and relevant information.
• Ensure accurate patient identification in PACS.
• Perform QA/QC tests as required by the State.
• Maintain a clean radiology environment and sterile procedures.
• Coordinate with Radiologists and other departments as needed.
