Job summary

Extrity Services is seeking an Unarmed Security Professional for an Evening & Weekend Flex Position in Cincinnati. You will help maintain safe, welcoming environments and act as a trusted representative for Extrity Services and its clients.

The role offers a flexible schedule with current shifts on Thursday 6:00 PM–11:00 PM, Friday 6:00 PM–12:00 AM, and Saturday 6:00 PM–12:00 AM, with potential for additional shifts and progression into a regularly scheduled assignment as staffing grows.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Willing to complete fingerprinting for the Ohio PISGS Unarmed Security License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports and documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned properties
• Monitor facilities and report suspicious activity
• Enforce access control procedures
• Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies
• Complete detailed incident and activity reports
• Monitor security equipment and report concerns
• Assist with investigations when necessary
• Observe and document unusual occurrences
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
• Support a safe and positive environment at all times
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to help prevent and resolve conflicts
