Sapp Bros. is hiring a Restaurant Server to join our team for evenings and weekends at our location. You will take orders, serve guests, keep the dining area clean, and provide friendly, prompt service to ensure a welcoming experience for every guest.

This role offers flexible full- and part-time options, training, opportunities for advancement, and a benefits package. Prior customer service experience is helpful, but a positive attitude and teamwork matter most.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain a professional image and adhere to the dress code.
• Willing to obtain a food handler's permit (cost covered by Sapp Bros.).
• Physical ability to perform tasks and remain at the work site as required.
• Must pass a background and employment reference check.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests hot food quickly and efficiently.
• Take orders, process payments, and bus tables.
• Seat guests and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Restock the buffet and salad bar, prepare food, and wash dishes.
• Provide 5-star customer service and handle guest complaints politely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards.
