Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Part Time Sales Floor Team Member for nights and weekends at our Fond du Lac, WI location. You will greet customers, provide Best in Class service, and help keep the sales floor organized and stocked.

Responsibilities include assisting with price changes, performing nightly cleanup, supporting cash register operations if needed, and promoting the Fleet Rewards program. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage all customers and provide Best in Class service.
• Keep endcaps, side merchandise, and sale items full and in stock.
• Maintain floor readiness by keeping shelves, displays and kick plates clean.
• Assist with in-store price changes including regular, clearance, and sales prices.
• Execute nightly recovery by fronting shelves, sweeping and cleaning and restocking.
• Support cash register usage when needed and assist customers quickly.
