Job summary

Boulevard Wentzville, located at 110 Perry Cate Boulevard, Wentzville, MO 63385, is hiring a Part-Time Server for evening shifts. You will greet residents, assist with dining service, and help maintain a welcoming, clean, and caring community.

Applicants should be at least 16, fluent in English, energetic, and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Criminal clearance is required; join a team that values residents and teamwork.

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for meals, and restock as needed to ensure smooth service.
• Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain a clean dining area after each shift.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when dietary changes or appetite issues are observed.
