Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an ACN? or ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of triage procedures in clinic/urgent care settings.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
• Knowledge of medication administration and patient care aids.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services under physician or midlevel supervision.
• Collect and analyze patient health data to determine diagnoses and outcomes.
• Develop and implement a care plan and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver care.
• Perform nursing duties with professional standards and policies.
• Provide patient and family health education and assessments.
