Job summary

Oceans Healthcare partners with Norman Regional Health System to extend behavioral health services through a new outpatient program in south central Oklahoma. The Intensive Outpatient Program therapists provide assessments, treatment planning, and individual, family, and/or group therapy to advance patient progress.

As a PRN outpatient therapist, you will participate in a multidisciplinary team, deliver direct clinical services, and assist with discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to patients served on assignment.
• Ability to conduct and interpret comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Experience with group, individual, and family therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services in line with standards of practice.
• Plan and conduct group therapy as assigned.
• Conduct assessments and complete Comprehensive Integrated Assessments.
• Develop Multidisciplinary Treatment Plans under physician supervision.
• Perform case management and discharge planning.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and document progress.
