Minimum qualifications include an MSW, LMSW/LCSW eligibility, and 3+ years post-master’s experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Licensed MSW (LMSW) or LCSW eligibility required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-master’s experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioral health services to pediatric and adolescent patients in an after-hours setting (walk-in and call-ahead).
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for at-risk patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Provide behavioral health consultations and recommendations to support treatment planning.
• Coordinate with the Integrated Care Manager and ancillary staff to facilitate referrals and services.
• Support patients and families by addressing psychosocial needs through care planning and resource connection.
