Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant post-master’s experience.
• Experience in a hospital and/or healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience working with the child/adolescent patient population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioral health services to pediatric and adolescent patients in an after-hours setting.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for at-risk patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Provide behavioral health consultations and recommendations to support treatment planning.
• Coordinate with the Integrated Care Manager and ancillary staff to facilitate appropriate referrals and services.
• Support patients and families by addressing psychosocial needs through care planning.
