Job summary

Successful Living is seeking a Mental Health Support Specialist to assist adults 18+ living with chronic mental illness across Housing, Outreach, or Day Habilitation. Shifts may include evenings and weekends with a $1 shift differential from 5pm Friday to 11pm Sunday.

The role is hourly with no overtime expected and requires compassionate, reliable care. The MHSS will support client independence, provide coaching, monitor health, and document care while collaborating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of human service experience preferred.
• Must pass multiple background checks including criminal and driving records.
• Must have valid driver's license and a privately insured car.
• Available to work a minimum of 4 hours at a time and 12 hours a week.
