CRAV Co. in Dallas is seeking a warm, engaging Part-Time Evening & Weekend Sales Associate to join our luxury fragrance brand.

This role offers approximately 25–30 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability and duties that include greeting guests, recommending products, guiding hands-on experiences, and processing purchases. Starting compensation is $23 per hour or commission, whichever is higher, with opportunities to grow through strong sales.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience required.
• Warm, confident personality with strong communication skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer service.
• Comfort approaching guests, starting conversations, and closing sales.
• Professional presentation aligned with CRAV Co.’s dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and personalized attention.
• Recommend fragrances, products, and experiences based on customer needs.
• Drive sales and work toward store goals.
• Educate guests about scent collections and interactive experiences.
• Guide guests through candle-making and perfume experiences, keeping sessions engaging and on schedule.
• Process purchases and handle payments accurately using Shopify POS.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and beautifully presented.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and opening/closing duties.
• Support busy evenings, weekend traffic, and in-store events.
