Job summary

You will perform blood draws, obtain EKGs, and assist with lifting and patient teaching. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may apply, with CPR certification required and NYS LPN licensure.

Qualifications

• Meets NYS Civil Service appointment requirements for the title of T&R Center Licensed Practical Nurse.
• LPN licensure and registration as outlined by NYS Education Department.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications, obtains vital signs, draws blood, and performs EKGs.
• Shows teamwork, reports changes to the RN, and contributes to the plan of care under supervision.
