Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• LPN or RN license valid in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to care for older adults and align with the organization's mission.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants.
• Assist with elder admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Document care in electronic health records (Point Click Care).
• Communicate with families, physicians, and the care team.
• Develop and implement care plans addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
