Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of consistent work experience.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals by assisting them in employment settings and helping them achieve independent success.
• Empower individuals by seeking opportunities in various employment settings and advocating for themselves.
• Coordinate transportation and assist with appropriate workplace interactions.
• Complete required documentation to standard within timeframes and participate in trainings such as CPR/First Aid.
• Promote a positive work culture through professional communication and respectful interactions.
