Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time janitor in Indianapolis to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces across our offices and facilities. The role covers evenings and weekend shifts, focusing on cleaning offices, classrooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.

The hourly rate is $13.00 and includes physical requirements and background screening as described; strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are essential to support our building operations.

• Communication skills essential; listen and respond appropriately
• General Labor skills for basic tasks with minimal variables
• Safety Awareness - follow safety protocols and identify risks

Responsibilities

• Cleans and disinfects office areas, hallways, restrooms and common spaces.
• Cleans and polishes floors, windows, and light fixtures.
• Assists in setting up tables and chairs for events and meetings.
• Transports trash to disposal area and restock supplies.
• Communicates with management and customers when appropriate.
