Job summary

Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Respite Skilled Nurse (LPN or RN) to support a young adult client in Granger, Indiana, on a part-time basis with weekday evenings and Saturdays.

The role may also fit those seeking full-time hours if immediate client coverage is possible while new cases are arranged. You will perform skilled nursing visits under an RN Case Manager, administer medications, assist with ADLs, document thoroughly, and uphold HIPAA and state laws.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license to practice as an LPN or RN in Indiana.
• At least 1 year of paid direct in-home care or similar experience (2+ preferred).
• Active CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain before hire.
• Strong communication, dependability, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing visits under the RN Case Manager.
• Follows the care plan and reports status changes promptly.
• Administers medications and monitors patient condition.
• Documents thoroughly in the clinical record and maintains HIPAA standards.
• Promotes safety and quality in patient care and documentation.
