Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide with English fluency.
- Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's/dementia is a plus.
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain resident dignity.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Escort residents to meals and activities, monitor wellbeing.
- Provide compassionate, respectful care and report changes.
