Job summary

Public Strategies in Oklahoma City seeks a part-time Host to support the Family Expectations and TRUE Dads programs by sharing information about community resources, serving as a Communication Coach, helping with meals, and keeping spaces tidy.

Evening and weekend availability is required. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior experience coaching or working with couples is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Prior experience providing skills coaching a plus
• Prior experience working with couples a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet couples, and serve as a friendly face for program participants
• Participate in Communication Coaching sessions and ensure couples are building competency in the skills taught in the curriculum through good coaching
• Interact and engage with couples before class and during breaks
• Help serve meals, snacks, and beverages
• Clean the workshop areas, dining area, and kitchen
• Ensure all equipment and utensils are put away
• Restock and inventory refreshments and supplies
• Attend the classes to assist Educators, as needed
• Report any discrepancies to the Education Services Project Manager
• Other duties as assigned
