Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults in daily living with health and personal care services, therapeutic and recreational activities, aligned with ISP and PBS plans.

This part-time role follows a rotating weekend schedule and offers benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• DD modules completed or ability to complete.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervised tasks related to delivery of health and personal cares, therapeutic, behavioral, recreational, and leisure activities for adults in Taylor Made Living.
• Contribute to the overall ISP, PBS plan, and individual plans.
