Qualifications

• TB/Physical clearance proof within past year (assistance available).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Valid driver’s license required for this opportunity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with persons with mental and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
• Provide personal care management to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be able to complete daily activity notes.
