Job summary

This hourly role is non-exempt, full-time or part-time, with a Wednesday 2p-10p schedule and Thursday, Friday and every other weekend 4p-10p; pay $16.00 per hour. You will support 4–6 residents in residential settings, delivering care per service plans,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service/program plans, including socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, skill/behavioral development.
• Assist with daily activities: Personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community integration, shopping, citizenship, and other activities of daily living.
• Record progress and maintain confidential records.
• Maintain safety and report any incidents per policy.
