Job summary

Sevita is seeking dedicated caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in our community-based programs in Bloomington, MN. Two full-time evening shifts (3pm-10pm and 4pm-10pm) are available, offering competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent not required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Help participants participate in community activities and achieve personal goals.
• Support budgeting, exercise, and nutrition by providing guidance and routines.
• Monitor safety and well-being of participants and report changes to supervisors.
