Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years custodial or 3 years in customer service.
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment (mop, vacuum, wash, buff) and perform floor care.
• Clean and sanitize all areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and offices.
• Dust, wipe surfaces, and polish furniture; wash windows and doors.
• Collect and dispose of waste; report hazards and maintenance needs.
• Maintain records and communicate with staff and guests; work weekends/evenings as required.
